1. Is the rate for per room or per person basis?

The rates mentioned are per room per night basis, on single/double occupancy.

2. What currency is the room rate quoted in?

The room rates are quoted in INR and in USD.

3. What is the difference between these room categories - The O Deluxe, The O Club, & The O Suite.

The O Deluxe is the base category room with an area of approximately 400 sq feet. The O Club is also of the same size but has added features like a larger TV's, Lomas chairs and value added services, , airport transfers by the hotel limousine, access to the club floor lounge, exclusive breakfast setup, evening cocktail hours at the lounge, discounts on the hotel services, difference in room amenities. The O Suite has all the facilities of the The O Club with a larger area approximately 620 sq feet.

4. Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is offered complimentary with the room.

5. Do children stay for free?

Young guest till 12 years of age sharing the same bed will be without a charge.

6. Is Tax and Service Charge included in the rates?

No government taxes as applicable are charged separately at present it is 10 % luxury taxes on rooms.

7. Do you offer further discounts for travel industry staffs, students and senior citizens?

Members of FHRAI and PHA are offered discounts as per entitlements.

Yes.



1. How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation on the hotel website, and can also call the hotel reservation which is operational 24x7.

2. Please explain fields required in the Reserve Form

You name, traveling dates, and category of rooms, arrival time, billing details, and credit card details to confirm the reservation, your contact details for further correspondence.

3. Why do I have to submit my credit card details?

Immediate.

5. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

The hotel reservation offices will e-mail you the confirmation of your reservation along with the confirmation number, which will be used to track your reservation.

1. What is the amendment policy for my booking?

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY: Check In Check Out Timing is 12 Noon.
Subject to availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in & late checkout facility. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will apply for late checkouts after 1600 hrs & 100% after 1800 hrs. For us to guarantee you an early check-in, you will need to reserve the room from the previous night.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY:
If cancellation is made upto 3 Days before the arrival date - a cancellation fee of 20% of the total room price will be applicable.

If cancellation is made less than 3 Days before the arrival date - the booking amount will be non-refundable.

2. Is there any penalty for late amendment?

Yes, refer the question on amendment policy.

3. How do I amend my reservation?

You can amend your reservation as per the hotel availability by an e mail sent to the hotels reservation office. Reservation@ohotelsindia.com.

2 days prior to the date of arrival.

2. What is the cancel penalty?
